Need your Dutch licence quickly, for a new job or a move? At Fane you can take intensive lessons with one dedicated instructor. Honestly though: an intensive course doesn't skip lessons. We go fast where we can, not faster than you.
What an intensive course is, and isn't
You often see promises like "your licence in 10 days". We don't do that. How much experience you need to drive safely differs per person, and an intensive course doesn't change that.
What it does do: you drive more often, close together. You forget less between lessons, repeat less and reach exam level in fewer weeks, without skipping steps.
What does it cost?
You drive with our regular packages including the CBR exam or single lessons. Which package fits depends on how many lessons you need, and you only really know that after your trial lesson.

Questions about an intensive course
Can I take an intensive course at Fane?
Yes. You can take several lesson blocks per week. How often exactly, and what is realistic, we agree beforehand with you and your instructor.
Will I have my licence in 10 days?
We don't promise that, and honestly nobody can. An intensive course doesn't change how much driving experience you need, only how quickly you build it. You take the exam when your level is right, not before.
Can I get a CBR exam sooner?
We request your exam as soon as your level is in sight, but the CBR schedules the exams. Waiting times differ per location and period, so we cannot guarantee a date.
Do I need my theory first?
Not for lessons, but you do for the practical exam. If you want to be ready quickly, book your theory exam as early as possible. The CBR offers it in English.
Is an intensive course more expensive?
You drive with our regular packages and single lessons. You simply take more lessons in a shorter period.
I already drive in my home country. Do I still need lessons?
Usually fewer, but some. The Dutch practical exam tests local rules and habits, such as priority to the right, cyclists, trams and roundabouts. A trial lesson shows exactly what you need to work on. See refresher lessons for experienced drivers.
